Date/Time: May 15th, 2010. Registration/check-in opens at 9:00am
Location: Registration and Start/Finish will be at the Aspen Grove Trailhead in Curt Gowdy State Park. Categories/Distances/Times: Sport Men - 13.2 miles - 10:00am Sport Women - 8.4 miles - 10:01am Beginner Men and Women - 3.6 miles - 10:02am Expert Men - 20 miles - noon Expert Women - 15.2 miles - 12:02pm Single Speed - Those are bikes not categories; race with the group that matches your ability.
We won't have age groups this year, so race with the appropriate ability level: Beginner - Short, least-technical course. Non-competitive. Don't feel comfortable in bike shorts? This is for you. Sport - Longer course, some technical riding. Non-competitive/sort-of-competitive Expert - Longest, most technical course. Eat-your-competitors'-children competitive If enough people show up we will add age categories in the future.
Registration: Race day registration/check-in will be open at 9:00am and closes 10 minutes before each race start. Field limit is 50 riders per category. We are still trying to decide on pre-registration. We'll post it here when we have something.
Entry fee: 10 or 15 bucks. Not sure yet.
Park fee: State parks in Wyoming charge an entrance fee. $4 for Wyo. residents or $6 for non-residents. This is not covered by your race entry fee. Don't forget to pay the fee when you come in. They will be checking on race day.
Racing Licenses: Leave it at home. If you show us a racing license, we will charge you an attached rider fee.

Important: Cycling can be dangerous. Really dangerous. Especially mountain biking. Because of this, racers must wear a helmet and sign a waiver.
