For nearly 20 years, Overland, in partnership with Lory State Park, has organized the Friends of Lory Trail Day.  Volunteers repair and build trails in throughout the park. 

On Saturday, May 21st, the IMBA Trail Care Crew brings their extensive knowledge of sustainable trail building and maintenance to assist in making of Lory a huge success.

Plan on playing in the dirt and joining in the fun. Volunteer by clicking here and completing the signup form. Volunteers will be fed and well cared for.

Thursday, May 19th - The Trail Care Crew rolls into town to begin planning for the weekend

Friday, May 20th - During the day the Trail Care Crew meets with local land agencies to discuss sustainable trails and takes a look at Saturday's project.

Friday Evening - 6 p.m: A Trail Care Crew FAC - An Overland Members only event - BBQ, Pizza, Refreshments, and fun. Overland members please sign up on the website so we know how many folks to plan for. More details provided.

Saturday, May 21st - Friends of Lory Trail Day 9 a.m. and on - Meet at Lory State Park at the Corral Center Bike Park area.  Break into groups, head out on the trail. Lunch will be provided. Please bring plenty of water and a snack.  Wear a hat, long pants, sturdy shoes and sunscreen.

Sunday, May 22nd - Trail Care Crew Social Ride - It isn't all about the work. We have to get out and ride! An Overland Members only event. Sign up on the website. More details provided.
