| Back Injury Forces Mann out of the TOU |

As you can see in the video Phil Mann drags a pedal and goes down in the TOU Prologue. He was able to finish the prologue and start the next stage. Unfortunately due to a back injury sustained in this seemingly inconsequential accident he was unable to finish stage one and had to pull out of the TOU. |
